We offer USPS and UPS shipping options at checkout and the cost is shown before payment. Orders are shipped on the next business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) unless an item is out of stock (see Back Orders below). Keep in mind, this means if you order on Friday, your order will not ship until Monday.
Please be sure to give a valid email that you check frequently and phone number - sometimes we have a problem with and order and need to verify information before we can ship. Normally, in these cases we try to contact you by email AND phone to have the best chance of getting hold of you as quickly as possible so we can ship your order!
Once we've shipped your order, delivery time is dependent on the USPS or UPS. Orders shipped by first class mail or UPS Ground generally take 3-5 days and Priority Mail generally takes 2-3 days. However, please note that the delivery times shown for USPS Priority Mail are just estimates and ARE NOT guaranteed. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please choose a UPS option. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships.
Shipping and Billing Address
Orders exceeding $200 can only be shipped to the credit card billing address. If you put a different shipping address on your order we will contact you for shipping arrangements and in the event we cannot reach you, cancel the order. In addition, these orders will require delivery signature and we reserve the right to change your selected shipping carrier to UPS.
Do you live or will be near the Denver, CO area? Select local pickup when you make your order and stop by our office to pickup your stuff and have a free beverage from our pop machine! Be prepared to talk scooters and see the largest amount of scooter parts you have ever seen! Although we are open 11:00am to 6pm daily, we are often in the office until midnight and on weekends, so Its a good idea to call and let us know when you are coming down. We will make our best effort to be here off-hours if you need to stop by then!
International orders ship just as fast as US orders, however, they may be subject to customs/dutys/taxes when they come into your country.
If any item in your order is out of stock, the whole order will be placed on backorder. By default we will wait until all items are available to ship your order. You will receive an email when the order is placed on hold and if you need the available items to ship immediately, just contact us.
